We strive to make sure that all in attendance to a Stove event have a safe and enjoyable experience. When booked to attend a Stove event, the following should be adhered to:
The Climate Kitchen, run by local community members, is a space for learning, sharing, contributing and working together to do something positive for the climate!
This month’s theme: Birds – particularly looking at seabirds as the ‘canary in the coal mine’ of the climate crisis.
At this session, join award-winning author Stephen Rutt for a Q&A alongside a screening of the short film ‘Seabirds’.
The focus of this session is on the wonder of these amazing animals, some of the realities they reveal to us about the climate crisis and also some of the fantastic projects that are making a difference.
The Stove Cafe will be open for food and drink from 5.30pm, so if you’ve got an appetite for change OR an appetite for a cuppa and some locally sourced food then we look forward to seeing you there!
Doors open at 5.30pm for food, the event starts at 6pm sharp.
