An opportunity for an emerging artist or photographer aged 18 – 30, to document an upcoming event at The Stove.
ArtCOP is a cultural programme of events and activity to coincide with the Paris Climate Conference in December. The Stove is one of six venues partnering on ArtCOP Scotland, and will host an exhibition – Submerge – which will run from the 7th – 12th December, with two main events as part of the exhibition.
We would like a photographer to document these two events; the first on Monday, 7th December, will be the launch evening of the exhibition, as well as a design workshop. The second is an afternoon and evening on Thursday, 10th December, of workshops and discussions based on how artists respond to global, environmental and large scale issues. We would also like the work in the exhibition to be documented.
The Stove Network can offer £100 to support this opportunity, and if necessary the use of editing software at The Stove.
All images will be required in the week following Submerge, in both print suitable and web-ready image files. All camera equipment must be provided by the applicant.
