Reel to Real takes over the Bandstand in Dock Park for a special outdoor screening.

Join us this month for a special cinematic experience as we take our pop-up cinema evenings to the park! We will be hosting a screening of [ B R E A T H E ], a captivating orchestral film to soothe the soul.
Wrap up warm for the evening and head down to the bandstand in Dock Park for a beautiful, intimate and reflective cinema experience. The film was created in response to the theme of togetherness, working with community partners and artistic team as part of Orchestra Live’s Create Space strand.


About the Film

Set in the stunning Victoria Baths in Manchester, [ B R E A T H E ] is an orchestral work made especially for the screen with the award-winning Manchester Camerata. Working with movement artists, the film focuses on the tranquillity in movement guiding Camerata musicians together for a profound and euphoric final scene.
The film invites you to immerse yourself in meditative sounds and stunning visual landscapes, to pause and reflect, breaking from the fast-paced world we live in today, holding you in a space of wellbeing and mindfulness.
